- Jenara
- Jenara is the founder of BOP Source, the first social network for the base of the pyramid that directly connects the BOP with the companies that want to hire them and design products and services for them. BOP Source gives companies a platform to hear the "voice of the BOP customer" and to hire the BOP for consumer research, marketing, and sales positions. BOP Source also connects micro-entrepreneurs with each other in order to collaborate on business ideas and connects NGOs with corporations to form public-private partnerships that serve the BOP. Jenara is a graduate of UC Berkeley and Harvard University and lives in Kathmandu, Nepal, where she is a columnist for a national business magazine. Previously, Jenara was a consultant to the Harvard Center for Health Communication and worked on cause-related marketing at the Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, bringing together leaders from YouthAIDS, MTV, and the academic community.
